If none of these items are applicable, then your incident is unfortunately not covered. Incidents that are not covered include:

• Cancellation of an event
• Illness without confirmation
• Not wanting to attend
• Accidental purchases
• Leave cancelled or not approved by employer
• Separation from a partner
• Argument with a partner

Cancellation of the event is not covered; in this case, we ask you to please contact the event organiser directly.
