Where can I log in to upload documents at a later time?

After a claim has been submitted to us for the first time, you can log in to our Ticket Claim Portal using the respective email address.


If it was already stated during the claim report that documents would be submitted later, they can be added to the case directly.


Otherwise, we will contact you by email if we have any questions.

To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you also answer these questions via our Ticket Claim Portal.
